MATERIALS USED

Careful selection

To achieve our goal, it is important to carefully select the materials that will shape each project. Essential components that we use in each of them in order to create efficient, sustainable and healthy homes. By using them, we can contribute to a high quality living environment.

This is one of the key pillars of our commitment to occupant health and respect for the environment.

We achieve smart homes where every element is integrated to provide an exceptional living experience.

Tuning in on efficiency

To create a perfect synergy between each of our materials, their benefits and properties, so that each room is perfectly suited to its purpose..

This carefully orchestrated combination not only improves energy efficiency, but also creates a healthy and comfortable indoor environment for our residents.

STRUCTURE

STRUCTURAL TIMBER CL RESISTANT C24

There are a total of 12 strength classes for softwood lumber. Radiata pine planed timber for structural use is mechanically graded in grades C16 and C24 according to European Union (EU) regulations.
The C24 certification means that the timber can withstand heavy loads and can be used in structures supporting beams, exterior walls or ceilings, among others.

INSULANTS

Cotton fibre

The fibre is obtained from cotton seeds and is processed to remove impurities and obtain long, soft fibres. Cotton fibre has efficient insulating properties that can help regulate the temperature inside buildings.

Unlike some synthetic insulators, cotton fibre has some fire resistance, which makes it a safer choice in terms of fire safety.

The structure of cotton fibre can contribute to sound absorption, thus improving acoustics inside spaces. It is considered a more sustainable material compared to some synthetic insulation, as it comes from a renewable source and is biodegradable.

INSULANTS

Rockwool

This exceptional material is created from volcanic rock or basalt. Subjected to high temperatures, the basalt is melted and then spun into fire and heat resistant fibres.

This method of production avoids the need for harsh chemicals, making it a conscious choice for those committed to sustainability. A unique process that provides a solid foundation for an insulator that will make a difference in our homes.

INSULANTS

Superdiffuser membrane

The diffusive roofing membrane has a three-ply design and weighs approximately 135 grams per square metre. It stands out for its outstanding water vapour permeability and exceptional durability. In addition, it exhibits proven UV resistance. This unique product is distinguished by the fact that it is manufactured by molecular bonding of the layers using ultrasonic technology. This innovative technique guarantees outstanding strength of the membrane, while preserving its remarkable diffusion properties.

INSULANTS

Vapour barrier

Composed of four layers and a reflective aluminium layer. This unique product is manufactured by molecular bonding of the layers using ultrasonic technology. The distinguishing feature of this membrane is its ability to actively adjust vapour permeability, providing dry thermal insulation and protection for timber structures.

INSULANTS

Vapour barrier

The active vapour control membrane is an innovative option compared to products with a variable Sd value. It is made of non-woven polypropylene and a functional film that allows small amounts of vapour to move into the attic or interior of the building. The distinctive feature of this product is its vapour active nature, preventing condensation, a feature not offered by conventional vapour barriers. This membrane offers several advantages, such as efficient vapour control, tear resistance, quick and easy installation, and durability against UV exposure.

INSULANTS

Breathable waterproof film

This membrane with high vapour permeability over its entire surface provides uniform vapour discharge, significantly improving energy savings and insulation effect. Its application is versatile and can be used as underlay and sealing layer on roofs, facades and basements. Among its advantages are its high vapour permeability, water resistance, durability, flexibility and tear resistance, as well as its ease of assembly and transport.

On the other hand, the breathable waterproof membrane allows water vapour to escape from the interior while providing total waterproofing of roofs, facades and basements. This solution is practical for both new constructions and renovations, standing out for its excellent performance and CE certification.
