GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

These general conditions (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) regulate the use of the Internet portal service healthyhouses.es (hereinafter, the “Portal”) that SUNCORP GLOBAL BUSINESS, S.L. (hereinafter, “SUNCORP”) makes available to Internet users.

The use of the Portal confers the condition of user of the Portal (hereinafter, the “User”) and expresses the full and unreserved acceptance by the User of each and every one of the General Conditions in the version published at the very moment the User accesses the Portal. OBJECT

If for the use of certain Services, the User must previously register in the database of Users of the Portal, the User may unsubscribe from the database at any time upon request..

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL

The provision of the Portal service by SUNCORP is informative for Users. The User shall not have to make any financial payment to read the contents of the Portal, although he/she will have to register to enjoy some of the contents.

The User undertakes to use the Portal and the Services in accordance with the law, these General Conditions, as well as with generally accepted morals and good customs and public order.

The User undertakes to abstain from using the Portal and the Services for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to the provisions of these General Conditions, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or which in any way may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Portal or the Services or impede the normal use or enjoyment of the Portal and the Services by the Users.

The User undertakes to use the Portal Services in a correct and lawful manner.

SUNCORP allows the Users to have the contents to send and recommend to third parties. In addition, it allows to disseminate or publish the Content in other media, whether physical or virtual, provided that the origin of such Content is respected, and the title, author, name of the SUNCORP Portal, and hyperlink to the SUNCORP Portal, and hyperlink to the page of the SUNCORP Portal where the Content in question is located are cited.

HYPER LINKS

SUNCORP may publish on its Website hyperlinks to other Web pages that contain Content related to that which the User is reading on the Website. The establishment of the Hyperlink does not imply in any case the existence of relations between SUNCORP and the owner of the Web page on which the Hyperlink is established.

To use some of the Services, Users must first provide SUNCORP with certain personal data (hereinafter, the ‘Personal Data’). SUNCORP will automatically process the Personal Data for the purposes and under the conditions defined in its Privacy Policy, published on the Portal.

USE OF COOKIE TECHNOLOGY

SUNCORP may use cookies in certain periods of time when a user browses the websites and web pages of the Portal. SUNCORP excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to the lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the Portal and the Services, the disappointment of the usefulness that users may have attributed to the Portal and the Services, the fallibility of the Portal and the Services, and failures in access to the various Web pages of the Portal or those from which the Services are provided.

DURATION AND TERMINATION

The provision of the Portal service and other Services is, in principle, for an indefinite period of time. SUNCORP, however, is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal Service. When reasonably possible, SUNCORP will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the provision of the Portal service and other Services.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law. SUNCORP and the User agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante (Spain) for any dispute that may arise from the provision of the services covered by these General Conditions.
