Industrialization

TECHNOLOGY

Industrialization.

The development of new construction systems and our exclusive industrialized components allow us to execute each project in a much more efficient way. We reduce construction time by up to 70%.

Industrialization consists of production processes that go far beyond the mass production of the usual materials (beams, bricks, etc.), it is about complete components (structure, enclosures, roofs) or even complete modules.

Hydraulic adhesives are no longer required for the assembly of the various components of the structure, as they are already fixed in the factory. The result is a new dry construction system that does not depend on the waiting times required for wet concrete.

Quality Controlled

Factory production offers rigorous quality control. Components are precision manufactured and quality tested before being transported to the construction site.

This ensures that the buildings constructed are of high quality and comply with applicable standards and regulations..

Quality, Sustainability, Efficiency, Savings

Industrialized construction is considered a quality, safe and cost-saving option. Because of its sustainable and efficient characteristics, it already has a significant presence in Europe and will grow strongly in the coming years. It is associated with the need to construct energy-saving buildings, guaranteeing quality, healthy and environmentally friendly living spaces, all in accordance with the standards required by the Technical Building Code (CTE).
