2 RELATED FACTORS

Habitat and Health

We are now aware of the importance and significance of the environmental conditions of the indoor spaces we inhabit for our health, comfort and well-being. There are many indications and abundant evidence that environmental factors are the necessary or probable cause of 22% of the diseases we suffer from. Acting on these factors to try to convert them into factors that promote health and well-being, and not the other way around, is one of our main objectives.

Clean Air, Water and Energy

Most buildings use toxic man-made materials, which are a common cause of health problems. Clean air, water and energy are essential for human health. We help reduce the toxic burden on users by ensuring that their everyday environment is free from invisible threats.

Indoor air is on average 2 to 5 times more polluted than outdoor air. In many environments, indoor pollution levels can exceed 100 times those of outdoor air. Improving indoor air quality is key to improving human health.

COMMITTED TO THE PLANET

Sustainability

Sustainability

Our commitment is to reduce or minimise the wear and tear we generate when we build, designing taking into account the emissions and environmental wear and tear that the house and its users create throughout its life.

It is this dual objective that we refer to when we talk about commitment, we apply the measures and solutions that can be integrated into the project so that the impact is generated at the minimum possible level, taking into account the available budget, the location and the users.

PROJECTING INTO THE FUTURE

Regulations

We design, build and refurbish with the health and environmental regulations that the main organisations in the sector foresee will be implemented in the coming decades in mind. To this end, we have advisors in the areas of health, sustainability and materials who work on tracking and adapting new solutions and proposals for our projects.
