Optionally we carry out the study to determine the most appropriate certification to highlight to the market the value and differential aspects of the houses we build.

Each certification has its own criteria and approaches, we evaluate which best aligns with the requirements and objectives of each project.

Certifications such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), WELL Building Standard or EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency). All of them are focused on assessing the efficiency of buildings, their level of sustainability, quality of spaces and occupants’ wellbeing.
